This a Photo appreciation of the Swiss made Revue Thommen Airspeed Automatic watch. The construction is all stainless steel with a Sapphire crystal which has an anti reflective coating on both sides. The movement is an ETA 2836 which is based on the 2824-2, 25 jewel 28800 beats / hour. The dial is a satin finished black and the hands and numerals are tritium coated to provide excellent dark performance. After adjustment the timekeeping is now +2 seconds in 5 days worn constantly on wrist.

The screw back of the watch is struck with a Helicopter emblem. There are three sizes of the watch : 6110005 = 38mm diameter 6110004 = 35mm ( review model ) 6110003 = 32 mm all 10 mm thick The crown is not screw down although the watch is rated 100m. It is a reasuring tight fit on the case pipe and carries the RT logo A hack feature is fitted

The deployment bracelet is very sturdy and comfortable and links can be removed by pushing out split pins.
